01Strong, steady airflow again.
Every A/C has two fans: the condenser fan outside, which throws heat off the system, and the blower inside, which pushes cool air through the ducts. In Tucson both run for thousands of hours a year, and heat is hard on motor bearings and windings.
When the outdoor fan stops, pressure and temperature climb fast and can damage the compressor — so a fan that won’t spin is worth a same-day call. We test the motor and its capacitor, replace what’s failed and repair dirty or damaged blower wheels.
What we replace and repair
- Outdoor condenser fan motors
- Indoor blower motors (PSC and ECM)
- Run capacitors
- Blower wheels and fan blades
Signs of a failing motor
- Outdoor fan not spinning while the unit hums
- Weak airflow from the vents
- Grinding, squealing or rattling
- Motor that’s hot to the touch or smells burnt
